Pure dried hibiscus flowers make the prettiest of teas. Rich, deep red in colour and slightly tart.
Hibiscus tea has been said to assist with calming a nervous stomach, supporting wound healing and most notably lowering blood pressure.

INGREDIENTS‎: 
Pure dried hibiscus flowers
 
TO MAKE: 
1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour
